I have
been painting for ahem years now... and have illustrated quite a few
children's books for different publishers as well as hundreds of greeting cards. My first book was "Molly Maran and the Fox" which is a Ladybird book. I then went on to do four more books for them aimed at young children. If you'd like to see my illustration work just go to "Lovely Links" to find that site.
When I first left art college I began by zooming around showing my portfolio to magazine editors and because, at the time I specialized in painting people in delicate layers of acrylic in water colour style, I was commissioned to do many romantic fiction illustrations! My work featured in Woman's Weekly, Me, Essentials and my still life work featured in Homes and Gardens.
Variety is definitely the spice of life and this is why I am so grateful to be able to do what I do. Moobaacluck is one aspect of my work as an artist and one that is increasingly exciting. I get to provide customers with what they want and hopefully my work gives them and the intended recipient pleasure.
It's very important to me that the customer is happy. If you are not please return an item as soon as possible for a full refund, ideally explaining why!
My favourites from the range are the dogs and the
birch ply bunting which is designed to be brought out again and again.
In our house bunting is up permanently.
Please enjoy browsing through my website and whenever you need a special gift for someone I hope you think of Moobaacluck!
best wishes Gabriella
